The RPCard Foundation Partners is committed to helping minority
high school seniors and college/HBCU University students
achieve higher education goals.

Do you know ......

The current state of our economy has had a devestating affect on many americans. Education has been hit hard by this recession. An area of real concern surrounds the ability of parents and student to pay college tuition and fees. Next Step Magazine, a publication for high school students and their parents, reports 'that 50% of families polled are now limiting their child's college choices to less expensive options and 54% of families are considering in-state public college in response to the economic downturn." The overiding issue is staying in college until the end. Next Step Magazine further reports, "Students are not returning to school at alarming rates!"

The RPCard Foundation Partnership is committed to helping parents and students achieve their goals for obtaining a higher education degree.

The link below reports on another troubling factor affecting minority students: According to several education experts, the toll may be even higher for students of color.
